De <strong data-start=\"384\" data-end=\"393\">ANTIK<\/strong> oppervlakteafwerking cre\u00ebert een donkerder tint die visueel opgaat in terrasplanken en niet storend is bij zichtbare bevestigingen. <\/p>\n<h2>Uitvoering en toepassing<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"525\" data-end=\"829\">De schroef is gemaakt van <strong data-start=\"546\" data-end=\"588\">gehard roestvast staal C2 (AISI 410)<\/strong> en is <strong data-start=\"596\" data-end=\"620\">gepassiveerd en gewaxt<\/strong>, wat de corrosiebestendigheid in buitenomgevingen verhoogt en de indraaiweerstand tijdens het installeren vermindert. Het gewaxte oppervlak zorgt voor een soepel indraaien en verlaagt de spanning op zowel het gereedschap als het materiaal. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"1361\">Het ontwerp van de schroef omvat een <strong data-start=\"859\" data-end=\"879\">cilindrische kop<\/strong>, een <strong data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"906\">snijpunt type 17<\/strong>, een frees boven de schroefdraad en een <strong data-start=\"948\" data-end=\"966\">gedeeltelijke schroefdraad<\/strong> die zorgt voor een stevige klemming van de terrasplank op de onderconstructie. Tijdens het plaatsen zet de schroef zich zuiver vast in het houtoppervlak zonder splinters te vormen rond de kop.
