A4-70 stainless steel screws for tropical timber decking and cladding
QUADROFIX EXPRO A4-70 screws are designed for fixing tropical timber decking boards and facade cladding to a timber substructure. Made from A4-70 stainless steel, they extend the QUADROFIX range with a 5.5 mm diameter for these applications.
Sizes and installation
The screws are waxed to reduce friction and make driving smoother. Available sizes are 5.5 × 50 and 5.5 × 60 mm. Choose the screw length to suit the board thickness and required fixing depth.
Pre-drill dense tropical timber and follow the timber supplier’s installation guidance, including edge distances and movement gaps.
